Professional Experience

Bosko Petricevic has been an active trial attorney and litigator for over 15 years. He was admitted to the bar in Hawaii in 2006, and in Minnesota in 2008. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, receiving his law degree from Creighton University Law School.

Bosko Petricevic is a former Attorney Advisor for the Department of Army, former Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii and a former senior trial associate in several private firms. He has extensive government (state and federal) and private practice experience.

Bosko Petricevic has extensive litigation experience in Hawaii. He performed a full range of litigation representing numerous State of Hawaii and Federal Departments and private clients and businesses in various forums, including federal court, state circuit courts, and state administrative hearings before the Merit Appeals Board, Hawaii Labor Relations Board, Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board (workers’ compensation appeals and HIOSH appeals), and Arbitrations pursuant to the various public sector collective bargaining agreements and private arbitration agreements.

Bosko Petricevic also has extensive federal jury trial experience as a first chair. He was a lead trial attorney in a historic federal jury trial in a case brought by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) against the State of Hawaii for alleged Title VII violations in which he secured a favorable jury verdict for the State of Hawaii against the DOJ.

He was also the lead trial attorney in a federal jury trial case brought against Hawaii Department of Public Safety and the Warden of the KCCC where he secured a complete defense of all claims. Lastly, as a first chair, he recently defended and won a class action lawsuit brought against the Hawaii State Hospital. Mr. Petricevic also has in-house litigation experience representing a local construction company as their lead In-House litigation counsel.

Bosko Petricevic has received several commendations from the State of Hawaii Attorney General and Directors of several State of Hawaii Departments for winning several high-profile cases.
