To put it simply, if you need someone to fight for you in time of your greatest need, I’m your guy. I cannot and will never guarantee you results. However, what I can and will guarantee you is a good fight on your behalf. I take pride in representing and standing up for my clients. At the very least, you will walk away knowing that someone stood up for you.

I always bring common sense approach to my legal practice.

I make sure I always return clients’ calls within 24 hours and I do not nickel and dime my clients. I answer client’s calls in all hours of the day, including on weekends with no special charges. When I am your attorney, you will always have consistent access to me and anytime you might need me. You will never be ignored and you will always be listened to. Whether your case is small or big, you will always receive my undivided attention.

I always explain ahead whether any work will be performed so that the client is never blindsided by the bill. I also believe in trust and respect between clients and myself. This is why I do not ask for or require any payments or retainers upfront. If you are an hourly client, payment is only due upon completion of the services.

I also provide contingency basis representation (payment only due if there is monetary recovery) and flat fee arrangements.
