Bosko Petricevic has more than 15 years of experience as a trial attorney and litigator, representing individuals, businesses, and government entities in complex civil litigation. He was admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 2006 and the Minnesota Bar in 2008. Mr. Petricevic earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law.

- Serving as lead trial counsel in a landmark Title VII employment discrimination case brought by the U.S. Department of Justice against the State of Hawaii, securing a favorable jury verdict for the State.
- Obtaining a complete defense verdict in a federal jury trial involving the Hawaii Department of Public Safety and the Warden of the Kauai Community Correctional Center (KCCC).
- Successfully defending the Hawaii State Hospital in a class action lawsuit as first-chair trial counsel.
