I make sure to always return clients’ calls within 24 hours, and I do not nickel and dime my clients. I answer client calls at all hours of the day, including weekends, with no special charges. Whether your case is large or small, you will always receive my undivided attention.

I always explain upfront what work will be performed so that clients are never blindsided by the bill. I believe in trust and respect between my clients and me, which is why I do not ask for or require any payments or retainers upfront. If you are an hourly client, payment is due only upon completion of services.
